I didn't know much about Budapest before I arrived. All I knew was that it was in Hungary and George Ezra really likes the city.
So not knowing much about the city I didn't have many expectations about it. I'm happy Budapest showed me up on that one. It was incredibly cold but every time I caught sight of the Danube River, it was all worth it.
Unfortunately, we only had a couple of days in Budapest but it was just enough time to absorb the beautiful sights of the city and eat some yummy paprika chicken. The city is divided by the Danube River and connected through the old Chain Bridge. The views of the Parliament house and palace was incredible! The city had that preserved ancient feel, it was so breathtaking to elevated up on the hill where the palace sits and just look at this beautiful city.
I know it seems like I'm speaking with a lot of hyperboles, but honestly I will never forget the views of Budapest.
